What data we process
The data you give us in the contact form or by email: name, email, website and the message you write.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your request, prepare a mock-up or quote and, if we end up working together, manage the project. We don't send advertising or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps you request.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and, if we don't end up working together, for up to 12 months. If there is a contract, for the periods required by law.
Who else is involved
The form is sent through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., United States), which acts as a processor to deliver the message to us. Email is handled with Google Workspace. Both providers offer appropriate safeguards for international data transfers under the GDPR.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, request restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@kovrastudios.com. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
